1. Service Area

Lonestar Detailz provides mobile detailing services throughout Ferris, Texas and surrounding areas. Service availability is based on location, accessibility, and scheduling.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments are made through our website, by phone, or through approved booking platforms.

  • A valid address and access to water/electricity may be required unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and location information.

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible.

  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage or issues before detailing begins.

We are not responsible for lost items left inside the vehicle.

4. Vehicle Condition

Excessively dirty vehicles (pet hair, stains, mold, excessive trash, etc.) may incur additional fees.
We will notify you before proceeding with any extra charges.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing is listed on our website or booking platform.

  • Final price may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or service add-ons.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept cash, card, or approved digital payments.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality results. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee corrections due to environmental factors.

7. Damage Liability

We take great care with every vehicle. However, Lonestar Detailz is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear

  • Mechanical or electrical issues revealed during cleaning

  • Damage caused by aftermarket accessories or poor prior repairs

If any accidental damage occurs during service, we will work with you to resolve the situation reasonably.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to hack or disrupt our website

  • Copy any content or branding without permission

  • Use our site for unlawful or fraudulent activity

All content is owned by Lonestar Detailz unless otherwise noted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lonestar Detailz is not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
